Tennessee woman arrested for murder after allegedly selling drugs laced with fentanyl

A Tennessee woman has been arrested for selling drugs laced with fentanyl.

The Smyrna Police Department reports resident Jessica Frey sold the drugs to a person who overdosed and died in September of 2020.

A Rutherford County Grand Jury indicted Frey earlier this month, charging her with second degree murder. Frey was arrested on August 5 and is being held at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
